Abelstedt offers special sizes on all Abelstedt Diamond rings. For special sizes on jewelry of other materials, please contact us with your request.

Abelstedt offers special designs if the minimum of one of the following materials is used: gold, white gold, diamonds and/or gemstones. 

Please contact us with your request and remember to add your wishes (eg. pictures, detailed description etc).

Abelstedt provides free engraving on all jewelry from the Abelstedt Diamond collection. We do not offer engravings on any jewelry of other materials.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow 0-2 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information. Shipping time depends on the shipping address and country and is shown at checkout.

Since customs, taxes and duties differ between different countries and states, you will have to contact your local customs office for an exact estimate. All Abelstedt purchases are shipped from our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, so EU citizens will not be charged any import duty. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to fees charged by local government.

Unfortunately, engraved items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

All purchases on abelstedt.com can be returned or exchanged before after 30 days.

This depends on the product's condition. If the user has not worn the product so much that the value is reduced, it is possible to get the money back. See more about returns conditions on our Shipping & Returns page.

We repair items made by Abelstedt. If you item is bought at an Abelstedt retailer, bring the item to your nearest store. If the item is bought through the Abelstedt official online store, send in the item by mail. If you choose to send your item via mail, please follow the instructions listed below:

After receiving your package, we will start making your piece as good as new, including cleaning and polishing the item.

Please allow us 7 days for crafting after receiving your package. You will receive an email from us or the post carrier when the item is ready to be shipped back to you.
